Owner Presence: We request that owners are not present during preparation and/or sale. This is for your peace of mind and for better efficiency.

Assessment: The Organizer’s representatives will assess your donated items focusing on quality, salable items. The Organizer will competitively price and stage the items for sale in the property.

Preparation Window: The Organizer will require a minimum of 14 days to price, stage, sell and vacate the property.

Item Management: The Organizer will make every attempt to sell items left in the home for the benefit of your chosen charity/ charities. If there are items you are keeping that cannot be removed before the sale because of size or that stay with the property (refrigerator) please mark clearly NOT FOR SALE.

House Maintenance: Leave nails and/or picture hangers in walls for mounting pictures and artwork.

Cleaning Responsibilities:
– The Organizer does not provide cleaning for the property.
– The Organizer is not responsible for removing oversized objects if they are not sold.
– The Organizer will not remove televisions/mounts, curtain rods or other items attached to the property.
– Please have pantries, cabinets, closets, dresser drawers and salable refrigerators/freezers clear of personal use and non-sellable items.

Hazardous Materials: The Organizer does not dispose of hazardous materials such as paint, paint thinner, mineral spirits, cleaning products, etc.
